I stay there regularly for work. I've had one major issue previously with security, where someone was checked into my room in the middle of the night. Since then, my stays have all been very good with no issues. This stay however, the room felt old and unclean and the television didn't work. When I first checked in, i called reception to let them know that the TV wasn't working and that there was an alert on the TV saying there was a connection issue and to contact reception. I was told that that always happens, to give it 5 minutes and it should work. After 1/2 hour it wasn't working so called again. Someone came to the room to reset it and it was then working that night. The next morning I turned the TV on and had the same issue with it not working. It didn't work for the remainder of my stay. It wasn't a huge issue and didn't impact my stay, but think it should be a basic to get right for any stay at an Accor hotel.

The hotel is well located at South Yarra and convenient. The hotel room is very nice however the hotel isn’t wheelchair friendly as it has a lot of stairs.
