Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. They helped transport all of my belongings (there was a lot!) and were available for assistance at any time. Room was clean and amenities all worked well. Only downside was that the aircon did not cool down the room properly and it was quite warm.

We had cold/luke warm showers on both nights of our stay (~10:30pm). I reported the issue twice. I could hold my hand under the the hot water tap indefinitely with only the hot water running.

All.in all another great stay at the Como. What let's it down is providing in room TV entertainment which is either outdated or broken. I paid for all in one movie deal as I especially wanted a relaxing retreat, but multiple issues with it. When I mentioned this at checkmout the only response was they would make a note of it. It would be better not to.offer it if it's a waste and frustrating for guests.

I had an event in the area, so chose to stay at Como. The staff were terrific. Was easy to park my car on site. My room was ready early, and it was a lovely room.
