Well-appointed accommodation in wonderful grounds, lovely pools, relaxing, with wonderful dinner meal presented in the dining room. Comfortable bar adjacent to that dining room.

The staff were nice and helpful although our request for a firmer pillow was forgotten. A few of the restaurant staff seemed very new and inexperienced, but everyone has to start somewhere and that wasn't a huge issue. I feel the facilities are terrible for the amount they are charging. It definitely seems Accor/Pullman are riding on the coattails of the prestige golf course and have let their facilities slide into a state that is barely worthy of a 3-star motel. The Villa door was chipped and scratched, all the villa blocks had paint chipping off the external brick walls, the rooms and bathrooms were dated and looked cheap, TVs were old and did not have access to Netflix etc, the joinery doors were misaligned. The restaurant windows that supposedly open up were barricaded shut with timber and clamps and the metal bar across the windows is directly in your eyeline blocking what would be a lovely view over the golf course. The pool pebblecrete had chunks missing that were patched up with concrete.

Nice green setting amongst the golf course and the walk to the beach was great. we didn't go a swim as their was black matting and what looked to be black chairs in the pool. We thought it may have been an exercise class, but no one was around. The pool needed a good clean with paper towel and moss growth at the eastern end.
