It was great, but the room was a bit bare. Many empty corners and lack of decoration. TV was much smaller than advertised on the pictures.

We were extremely disappointed and disgusted upon arrival to our room and throughout our recent stay at Pullman Magenta Shores. Due to limited availability, we upgraded to what was advertised as a Deluxe Refurbished Room. However, upon entry it was immediately evident that the room had not been cleaned to even a minimum accommodation standard—let alone the standard expected of a Pullman property or the Accor brand. The condition of the room on arrival was unacceptable. Issues included: • Entry and hallway areas that were heavily marked and extremely dirty • A disgusting bathroom, including: • Extremely dirty tiled floor with large visible grime & mould spots • A white fluid present next to the toilet • Toilet left dirty with toilet paper and substance still inside • Soap, shampoo and amenity canisters not wiped and visibly dirty • Doors heavily marked • Mould on the ceiling and within the shower • Ripped bed sheets on the first night • A chair that appeared unsafe and close to breaking • Curtains with large visible stains • Desk in a used and unclean condition • A storage box in the cupboard with yellow mould on the side We raised these concerns with staff; however, there was no sense of urgency. We were advised the cleaners would be notified the following day. The situation unfortunately worsened. On Day 2, after the bedding had been replaced, we discovered blood stains on the new sheets, located on the bottom corner of the bed and again across the folded section near the pillows. This is completely unacceptable from both a hygiene and guest safety perspective and caused significant distress and discomfort during our stay. This experience represents a serious failure in housekeeping standards, quality control, and service recovery. As an Accor Live Limitless Gold member, this falls well short of the level of care and professionalism we expect from the brand. No guest, let alone paying guests should ever be subject to the above issues and can only say we were beyond disappointed & disgusted during our stay with Accor. I could not recommend anyone to stay ant Pullman Magenta Shores after our experience.

Great experience, I have stayed there a few times for business but was first time on personal- very much enjoyed the stay. Great location and nice service. A couple of things that may improve this experience would be alternative day cleaning, we stayed there 3 nights with no cleaning, no refresh of towels etc. being a platinum member, I get drink vouchers and on arrival gift, none were presented until I asked
