Mother's Day High Tea at the Novotel

Today, we celebrated Mother's Day by having High Tea at the Novotel Parramatta. It was a lovely venue, and the staff were really nice and helpful (I have a photo with my sons to remember the day). The High Tea was a great selection of yummy sandwiches, arancini ball, scones with jam and cream and a lovely selection of cakes including my favorite a chocolate macaron.

Novotel Parramatta has clean, tidy rooms with comfortable beds and friendly reception personnel. Rooms are a bit dated but all were satisfactory and functional. Good location near plenty of restaurants, short walk to trains, buses and shops. I enjoyed my stay Parramatta.

Staff friendly, location is good, rooms a little tired and outdated, no phone in one of my rooms booked, had to call reception to have temperature in room adjusted but was still overly warm :( They over charged my card and had to wait several days for the refund, overall ok experience, expected a little better
