While we are pleased to know you were very satisfied with your visits in 2022, we sincerely regret that your latest experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the issues you encountered at reception, particularly regarding the credit card processing and the lack of appropriate communication and apology. We are also very sorry to learn that the breakfast quality and service have declined in your view, and that this led you to opt out during your second stay.
