Loved the location, facilities including attached restaurants and gym facilities and was a great choice to help celebrate my partners birthday. Very friendly staff and well appointed accommodation. Based our selves here to take in a few shows while in Sydney and were blown away. The attached gym also had incredible recovery facilities including ice bath and infrared sauna. Definitely will be back.

Wir hatten über Sylvester für 3 Tage ein Zimmer gebucht. Die Lage des Hotels ist OK. Man kommt zu Fuß gut an alle wichtigen Punkte der Stadt. Der Empfang an der Tür war immer stets freundlich. Alles andere ist aber extrem Unpersönlich. Das fängt bei den CheckIn Automaten an. So etwas sollte in keinem “5” Sterne Hotel vorhanden sein. Die Bar… war eigentlich immer geschlossen. Für uns waren die Öffnungszeiten jedenfalls nicht ersichtlich. Die Reste vom Roomservice standen sehr lange in den Fluren rum. Bei dem CheckOut wurde mir fälschlicherweise irgendetwas aus der Minibar berechnet. Da kein Mitarbeiter ansprechbar war und aus Zeitmangel habe ich die paar Dollar akzeptiert. Leider gab es keine ALL-Typischen Status Amenities. Ein paar Tage vor dem Check-In wurde ich noch gefragt, ob ich auf diese verzichten möchte und anstatt irgendwelche Punkte erhalten möchte. Am Ende gab es weder Amenities noch diese Punkte. Am Ende kann man leider nur zusammenfassen: Der gezahlte Zimmerpreis stand in keinem Verhältnis zur erbrachten Leistung. Diese Hotel kann ich leider keinem Weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage, aber Check-in an einer Maschine in einem 5-Stern-Hotel geht gar nicht. Zudem: Frühstück war suvh nicht 5-Stern-Hotel würdig: sehr lsnge Schlange, keine leeren Teller und Bowls am Buffet usw.

Nice hotel and bar but it closed at 10 pm and there are no options close by. Be prepared to uber if you want an after dinner drink. Lots of other hotel options of similar quality to choose from with more amenities than this one

First stay after the hotel had major renovations and they did very well. Got upgraded to a Prestige Suite and it was a perfect spacious room very well decorated and the most comfortable bed we have slept in. On Level 5 there used to be an outdoor area that was quite bland but has now been turned into the Wentworth Bar that is undercover but with open air spaces as well, a nice comfortable area to have a drink or meal. Our time in Club Millesime was made even more enjoyable by the lovely Sudi who was always friendly and smiling. Have booked to stay again and may try the restaurants but was put off this time by the included Gratuity tax which they say you can decline but I found it just rude to be there at all. If the service and food is good I have always left a tip.
