At Sebel, we do strive to provide a superior service experience for every guest therefore your feedback is very important to us. We usually receive excellent comments regarding our team so I am very disappointed you had this experience with us upon checkout and I will share your comments with our front office manager for further investigation and rectification. There must have been a misunderstanding by our concierge team because they usually do not handle guest accounts payments, therefore the team at front desk have proceeded to charge your card for the room service drinks after your departure.
