Als och die Zimmer Tür aufmachte war ich schockiert ich fühlte mich wie in einen Spital. Ein kaltes und kahles Zimmer, keine Bilder, nur ein Bett und eine kleine Garderobe. Das Badezimmer war gross und Rollstuhlgängig. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort, geputzt wurde nur das Minimum, als ich im Bett ging beobachtet ich Flecken auf dem Leintuch und nach 5 Tagen war die immer noch da, das Bett wurde nie gewechselt. Auch das Bad war am Boden nicht geputzt worden. Wir haben am ersten Abend eine Flasche und 2 Gläser bekommen die lagen noch dort als wir nach 5 Tagen ausgeheckt haben🤔 es wurde nicht aufgeräumt. Das positive wir hatten jeden Tag neue Badetücher. Das Hotel hat sonst eine ganz tolle Lage.

Please accept my sincerest apology for all of the shortfalls you encountered, it is absolutely not the usual standard we pride ourselves on and it is most disheartening to read of your disappointment with your time with us. In regards to the cleanliness issues, I will follow these up personally with our housekeeping manager so we can be assured that moving forward they will uphold a higher standards when servicing rooms.
