The room was the smallest I have ever seen. I could not even open my big suitcase in it. This is ridiculous at the price you sell the room The room was the smallest I have ever seen. The shower was not detached and the bathroom was overflown every time I was taking a shower beside that also. The bathroom cabinet has swollen due to moisture from the shower, and the finish has started to peel off.

Given the cost of the hotel I expected more. Whilst I appreciate the quirky nature of an old building and in fact there were some lovely features the furnishings and furniture in the room were tatty and the bathroom was cramped and unpleasant. The floor had not been hoovered and I was given a dirty towel so I also have to question the cleaning.

Thanks for the honest review. I’m sorry that the condition of the room and bathroom, as well as the cleaning, left you disappointed. A dirty towel and a floor that hadn’t been properly cleaned are certainly not what we want our guests to experience. The good news is that we’re closing in December for a full renovation and reopening on April 14th as a fully refurbished hotel with a completely new interior. the hotel is close to centre of Stockholm within a few metro stops of Gamla Stan, the Old town and the Stockholm Central Station. Beds are very comfortable, breakfast is good. Tea, coffee and water is available all day. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Business trip. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was options are good but a little more limited for vegetarians in the hot food section (especially given that there was nothing to stop cross contamination), that said the cold options were very good. Room is nice but a little off as the bed was tucked into the corner - not a problem as I was on my own but it did feel unusual. Overall, good hotel, nice location and a reasonable price - would stay there again.

How can you quote 460 euro 12mq room for a 2 stars hotel?????
