Check in was smooth but no welcome drinks or direction on how to have the welcome drinks. No room service or mini bar menu. The Nespresso machine did not work The mattresses were well used and only acceptable The pool area was dirty with no attendants or service in this area. The pools are tired and lots of leaves in the pool. Disappointing stay at the pullman.

Had to book via conference app, booked early, couldn’t get 3 nights in the same room, so made 2 separate bookings. Rang the week before, was told it’s OK - we can put you in the same room for 3 nights. Upon check-in told NO, that’s not possible, you will have to move after first night, go to reception in the morning to organise it. Packed my bags, went to reception, then was told I can stay in the same room?????? Dinner service in restaurant was very slow. No spare blanket in room, no shelf in shower for personal toiletries. Waited a long time at check-in, not many people in front, but check in process seemed to take a long time.

We stayed one night my partner and I last weekend and our experience was definitely not the best, specially for the price. The localisation is great, the view is great too (we had a room in 11th floor). But that’s it ! The room was old, mattress not confortable, some stuffs broken in the bathroom, very little choice in the minibar, TV very small, not even smart, we couldn’t watch a streaming platform. Have to pay for the parking. But the worst was the overnight room service ! We were on jetlag, so we couldn’t sleep during the night so we ordered something. Choice on the menu is very little already but we’ve been told only the cheese and meat platter was available. So we ordered it…what a mistake !! They probably use the cheapest food ever, and off. Gressinis were soft, just piece of "brie" so disgusting you wouldn’t even give it to your dog. But worst : the piece of chicken was rotten, I smelled it and I felt sick straight away. Even to look at it. What a shame to give that to your customers for 20-30 $ who paid more than 300 the room already. I’m furious !
