Fantastic service in all aspects, clean room, comfortable bedding, excellent communication. Only thing to be improved was that clocktower! Though windows are double/triple glazed, there are gaps around the sliding doors that let sound through. Many other city centre clocktowers only operate from 6am-8pm (never until midnight) so maybe with enough pressure something could change. Car park was also sometimes too small for our (very wide!) rental car but we worked it out with reception :)

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. Deep bath, comfortable sleep. Good breakfast options.
