We stayed five nights and got wonderful service from all the staff from reservations through check in, food service, cleaning and check out. Our accommodation was spotless, roomy, comfortable and the facilities were really good, with the excellent pool being at the core. We had double booked (a glitch in the booking system) but management and staff dealt with this seamlessly, professionally and without fuss. This was appreciated. All in all, we had a great experience

We always enjoy staying here!!! And recommend it to others for the top class service and staff. Had an amazing valentines stay, with all the classy touches of wine gift with note for - so cool! Kindly upgraded our room to poolside access - loved it - and only reason it was a 9 instead of 10 stay was the room (esp bathroom which needs a fan in it) dampness of it created a very musty apartment smell including a few pillows, but let reception know, and sure it will be sorted forward... life in the tropics. Rest of stay, with the comfy bed and couch and full size kitchen, was FABULOUS.

Lovely location. Great service. Superb pool. Excellent restaurant with fabulous food. Room had some slight issues. Water dispenser in the fridge didn’t work. Air conditioning makes the window blinds bang against the windows in the night. But overall a good hotel with friendly helpful staff

What a fantastic resort. Staff were extremely friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and very helpful. Having our own plunge pool was a highlight, although it was a quiet time of year, I can imagine this would be even better when it was busy. We made use of the rooms BBQ, a bonus if you don't want to eat out every night. Buffet breakfast with the yummiest omelets and a donut board (great for the kids or hubbies that are kids at heart). A short drive into Port Douglas although we also walked in along the beach, 50min each way. Easy access to Mossman Gorge and other attractions. Aircon worked really well, great on those 95% humidity days :) Already planning our next trip back.
