booked walk outdone bedroom, spar and bbq on roof.shown to our room at back of resort over looking road, two bedrooms and smelling of cigarets.front desk could not change our room until next day.did get walk out but with two bedrooms no spar and no bbq.and had to pay an extra 100 dollars a niteAlgee on walk out to pool very slippery,algee in pool and not clean.also had a group there with a lot of kids and had a birthday party at restaurant on the saturday night with extreme noise that went till well after 11am.11pm. Above all very disappointed in all of resort considering we have been there 3 times previously and one being our sons wedding.

Very unclean. Upon entry our room was very mouldy, the smell was so strong. We were moved to another room upstairs, however, when attempting to run the spa, it was filled with toenails. The response was that they were going to send housekeeping. Housekeeping did not come either day. We had popped out the conservation sign, but it was never flipped and we went to reception to manually add it. The positives are the Aluco bar and restaurant. Fantastic service. Fantastic food. Would be back just for the restaurant.
