Stayed 4 nights in a Studio Spa room. Good size, quite location (not many people were there which was great). Furniture and fittings in the room not exactly up to date, clear signs of wear. Bathroom not overly clean. Pool area was great, easy access to the bar. There was a wedding in the pool bar area on thr Saturday night, no warning we would lose access to that area. Poor communication in that regard. Restaurant manager was quite gruff when we tried to purchase drinks, spoke down to the staff aswell which was concerning.

Clearly the hotel was not full,although the receptionist lied.It was near empty for the duration of our stay. We did not get offered an upgrade. The hotel is tired,there is absolutely no atmosphere. And charging guests $40 for a very poor excuse for a breakfast. Absolutely a rip-off,hence there was hardly anyone going to breakfast.

This is a wonderful property located in a quiet area of Palm Cove. Megan, Steve and team make you feel most welcome. Apartments are spacious with full kitchen and laundry. Restaurant is always at a high standard and great value with the Accor Plus card. Great gym located onsite also.
