The location is super convenient, right next to Berlin Hauptbahnhof (easy access to metro, trains, and even an S-bahn that takes you directly to the airport). Check-in and Check-out was super smooth/easy, staff are very friendly, accommodating, and always happy to answer any questions. Very pleasant experience overall! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Berlin :)
