Lovely hotel, superbly located for getting anywhere in Berlin by train or tram

Stayed one night, then a further two nights a few days later. Both rooms were excellent and very clean, everything worked. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had a very good choice and was a pleasant environment. The hotel is just across the road from the main railway station and a tram stop, with taxis in abundance if you need one. By going to the U-Bahn entrance near the hotel you can even avoid crossing the road to get to the trains. As a fussy English tourist, the only thing lacking was tea & coffee making facilities in the room, and no black or Earl Grey tea available at breakfast otherwise I'd rate this hotel 10/10. Also the only English TV was a couple of news channels. I would certainly stay here again.
