The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always helpful. I spent my stay there during my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the birthday card I received. The whole resort has its own charm, especially in the evenings. The food is excellent, with a different themed dinner every day. The evening shows (the fire show impressed me the most), the pools are clean and well-kept, and the coral reef located by the hotel is breathtaking. I highly recommend it.

As honeymooners we have faced multiple issues with our stay that ruined our mood , as we are supposed to be stress free in a honeymoon . -The cake was delivered on 4 pm instead of the scheduled time at 9 PM so we didn't enjoy it on time and left it in the fridge for a while. -our in room breakfast & cake wasnt any different from the buffet , and wasnt any special and the fruit basket was actually a plate and had no special presentation. -The romantic dinner was fine but not very special in comparison with the buffet -The seafood buffet dinner was terrible however the GR mariam and the head chef arranged a special shrimp plate and mini pizzas as a compensation -After one of our trips we waited for 30 mins at the hotel gate waiting for a golf cart and called the reception 3 times until we got annoyed and walked our way to the room , i complained and asked to contact the manager and he was on a 'break' and the assistant manager Mr osama said that if it happens again i can contact him , so apparently i must contact an assistant manager to get a golf cart while the same day in the morning the golf cart delayed our trip by 20 mins as we were waiting the employee who was working at the reception and i called for him 3 times -We left the 'do' sign at the room 3 times without the tissues getting changed and contacted the reception twice for it yet none came , also we left the laundry 3 days on a row and none picked them even when we contacted the reception twice they said someone will come to take them and change the tissue box but none did . -Our mini bar didn't get refilled even as we have the honeymoon package which includes the mini fridge soft drinks and 1 time the room service didn't put water bottles. -We didn't get any package upgrade and stayed in the sea view room , the reception said we will get a day at the suite as our last day but that didn't happen too -One of our lunch boxes while going on a trip was missing the juice. -As i will not contact an assistant manager for a golf cart i used our trip cars to get us inside so we won't need to wait for another 30 mins. Honestly i am not sure if i will try novotel ever again , the honeymoon package is not worth at all and if i knew about it i would have never picked it. This experience will lead to a negative review from us. The resort itself is good The buffet is average in quality and taste , maybe one time was really good. If i ever visit again it will probably be an hotel escape reservation as i don't expect any special service in the stay. The hotel is too far from any trip.

After 10 times of visit here , I wanna thank every single person in this place, starting with the reception, managers, animation team, barmen, chefs, waiters, housekeepers and room service ❤️❤️ a huge thanks for all of you. This resort is the lovely image of A real Egypt. Service is very professional, food is so healthy and delicious, people are so friendly, kind, smiley, and very helpful. We suggested the place to many friends and family members from inside and outside Egypt, and when they came and stayed at the hotel, they felt the same familiarity and comfort The reception people are very nice and helpful so, a very very special thanks for Mr. Ayman Aly and Mr. Mohamed khamis❤️ Special thanks for Mr. Mohamed Bayoumy food and beverages manager for all of his efforts in this place, he is always trying to upgrade the service and the image of the resort as much as he can❤️ The best guest relation team ever is existing here, a huge special thanks for Mrs Maryam❤️ The animation team is the best ever under the management of Mr. Shetos.❤️ The best and most professional room service and housekeeping ever under the management of Mr. Mahmoud el Deeb & Mr. Sayed Sebaay❤️ We felt ourselves in our home, a place full of happiness,kindness and professionalism Keep going ❤️ I will come again and again hoping to see all of you every time❤️

The standards of this hotel really deserve a high rating, the cleaning of the rooms and the hotel grounds is very thorough and systematic, the service in the bars, restaurants and swimming pools is fantastic, the food is also very good and in a large range of choice and beautiful clean beaches together with wonderful landscapes
