Very nice service. Sin , Min, Pong, & Tang and all are giving great help. So I will come again to see you. Thank you. All the things are okay. Restaurant is good. Conference is good. But if you reduce the cost it would be more beneficial for us to enjoy with your destination.

Very good experience, we contacted the organisation team before, they picked great boxing, jewelry and cooking class, and ensured taxi(always sended my picture of the car…) any possible problem could be solved within minutes. I would like to thank Ms Siri, for making such a great trip and being very kind and always there for me! I already miss Bangkok

Excellent Hospitality, But Disappointing Check-In with Duty Manager Front office

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel, but my experience was marred by an extremely disappointing check-in. We were attended by the duty manager, Mr. Tan, who was rude, unwelcoming, and showed a clear lack of hospitality. Despite my request to have rooms on the same floor or connecting rooms for my family, he simply replied with a blunt ‘no,’ and his facial expressions and demeanor made us feel disregarded. He didn’t introduce any hotel facilities, nor did he inform us which floor we were assigned to. His behavior felt discriminatory, and it completely ruined my impression of the hotel. On a positive note, I want to thank the housekeeping, in-room dining, and restaurant staff. They were all very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, showing true hospitality. It’s unfortunate that such wonderful service from these teams was overshadowed by our poor experience at check-in. I won’t be returning to this hotel, as the rudeness from the duty manager left Tan a lasting negative impression.

The location is not good. Hotel is far from everything. Old furniture in rooms. Noisy Air conditioner. Needs urgent improvement overall. However, staff is friendly and helpful.I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. Very disappointing.
