First of all, I’d like to say thank you for making my stay really wonderful. All of your staff were friendly, professional, and gave excellent service. I had a bad experience during my last birthday stay with another Accor brand in Bangkok, but your service really made up for it and changed my impression in a very good way. Special thanks to Khun Birth, the Room Division Manager, for quickly helping me solve the issue with my room. Also, I’d like to give a big thanks to the male waiter at the restaurant (sorry I didn’t catch his name) — he took great care of me and applied my discount benefit without me needing to ask. I really appreciated that. Thanks again to everyone who looked after me( reception who check me in and staff at the Bar) . I’m truly grateful, and this experience will stay with me until next time. I’ll definitely come back to stay with you again soon.

Good service for M wine lounge and cleaning staff. But restaurant fl.8 head staff no service mind on 13 April in the evening.

I keep coming back to this hotel which is conveniently situated close to Makkasan Airport Link station connected to the MRT station with a gangway. The hotel shuttle can be ordered to pick you up from exit 3. Very easy. The hotel has a nice swimming pool for relaxation after a long flight or just a long day. You feel wellcome and recognized as a regulr guest, and you will experience a good service and nice modern rooms.

Great location close to everything. There is a also tuk thk who takes you to the closest station. Airport train takes you around 25 mins to the airport. Breakfast is awesome too.
