I am a regular customer of this Adagio Access Appart'hotel. I am always welcomed and it is important for me when I am far from home. This time they offered me a little rosebush and a card to wish me a pleasant stay and I wish to publicly say thank you to the staff for this attention. The accomodation is sufficient. The hotel is just near Vincennes gardens and Paris Zoo. Quick from Orly Airport. Near metro station line 8 direct to Paris down town. What can be asked more ?

Our stay was a pleasant one. The staff was helpful and courteous towards us. Everything we needed was provided. We slept great we were put in the back so it was quiet and the room was clean. The little kitchenette was convenient. The price was affordable for our budget. My mom loved the location it wasn't too far or too close to the main hub area of Paris, we didn't mind the commute gave us a chance to see more of Paris and experience their transit system, sure was fun. We have stayed here several times. Happy to see the lobby renovations. Away from core but close to tram 3b, metro and RER to CDG airport. Easy access to main tourist sites. Ask for room overlooking courtyard for quieter room. Kitchenette has basics for cooking and eating; fridge, 2 burners, microwave. Thursday there was a free smoothie party I the lobby which was most welcome after a hot day of sightseeing!

good location (metro line 8 10min walk from hotel) Bercy2 Mall (15 min walk) apartments are pretty used up parking fee 15 Euro/night in garage close access to peripherique (2min from Porte de Charenton)

I stayed for 11 nights there, me and my family in an apartment and another family in another apartment- a total of 4 adults and 4 children. We all enjoyed the stay- and we all agreed that the staff are friendly and very kind, the apartment is well equipped and the location is perfect.

The WIFI did not work consistently or well enough and the TV reception was not good enoiugh in all stations and the choice of English talking TV stations was poor. The sink plug did not always retain water in room 419

Everything is fine except that the day shift women at reception were not respecting customer properly, with poor English. They were chatting and gossiping all the time and customer need to queue and wait until they're satisfied before you can check in or asking anything. Furthermore, be prepared to find your own direction, the women at day shift reception deliberately give us wrong traffic direction for bus and not admitting the next day when we compliant about it. Although the downside is the women at day shift reception. The good news is that the guy for night shift reception is excellent. He speak fluent English and respecting customer with great attitude.

Good place! Close to metro station. Friendly, nice area, good to walk around with our 3 little kids. Kindly staff, day and night! Save and enough space for the 5 of us. We even saw a glimp of the eiffel tower from our window.

Apartment, toilet & bathroom were alright; however, would have preferred cleaner bed linen, and towels to be changed on a daily basis. Nevertheless, our holiday in Paris was fantastic, relaxing & unforgettable.

Very poor price/conditions ratio. Dirty rooms, smell awful. One of the receptionists was incredibly rude and aggressive when we asked the room to be changed. In every evening the hot water run out prematurely. As a conclusion: the hotel was the worst in the Accor Network worldwide I've ever stayed (more than 20 hotels).

I prepaid to stay 4 nights at this Aparthotel from 17.11.14, and for the first 3 nights unknown to me my room was infested with Bed Bugs, which inflicted over 40 bites to my arms and legs which are still prominent and irritating. I had to leave the hotel and find alternate accomodation, at extra expense, also I had to dispose of the clothing in case of infestation. The hotel did not in my opinion consider my complaint to the true cost of the experience. I will not use their establishments again and advise caution to others.

5 minutes walt from "Liberte" station on line 8 connecting to Line 1 at "Reuilly-Diderot" Station we're straight heading to "La Defence" and for people visiting Paris: you can stop at "Charles de Gaule-Etoile" exploring this Magnificiant Avenue "Avenue des Champs Elysee" with this fabulous perspective and walking down this Avenue, discovering "The Greatest Paris" with numerous shops and delicatessen that Paris can offer... Enjoy...

I am sad to say but, on my second day when i returned at the hotel room, I found my laptop and camera stolen. After 1 month nothing happened and the hotel management is ignoring me. Just avoid if possible

Our apartment for 3 was basic. Not particularly comfortable and none of the comforts I would've expected (wifi in room, LCD TV with wide range of channels) kitchen poorly stocked (no corkscrew or oven)

Good: - The room space is good. - The kitchen equipment is good, however no kettle available. - Close to metro and tram stations. - Reception is available all time Not good: - Cleaning service is not available for long stays. - No kettle available.
