Super tiny and very basic rooms, even for an Ibis. Most rooms are connecting rooms and you can hear your neighbors as if they were standing next to you. Quite disturbing. There was also construction noise that lasted for four days of our week long visit. Nothing redeeming about this hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again and strongly recommend others to consider other options.

I booked a room in this hotel for my elderly grandparents, on their first visit to Paris. Whilst they were having breakfast on the first morning, my grandmother's bag was stolen. The thief, a walk-in dressed in casual business attire carrying a black laptop bag was in the breakfast area. This individual was hovering around, acting suspiciously and he was the only person missing from the scene following the theft of the handbag. I am aware, of course, that this kind of unfortunate incident could happen in any hotel. However, the hotel staff in this IBIS were particularly unsupportive. Whilst there isn't much that can be done following a theft, the staff did nothing at all to assist. They wouldn't call the police and they showed not sympathy. Instead, a 'not our problem' attitude prevailed in their dealings with my relatives. I would like note that the breakfast area in this hotel is a publicly accessible space and there so there is very little in the way of security for hotel guests. Not only is this a poor reflection on the staff at this hotel, but also on the entire IBIS and Accor brand. I urge anyone considering a stay at this hotel to be mindful of the security situation, and the particularly negative attitude of the staff.

If you book Ibis you know what you are going to get but most of the time they manage to underdeliver on my expectations. Also in this case the rooms are boring and ugly. So if you want to catch a paris vibe this is not the place and bercy also not. Metro access is perfect and hotel is clean.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.

Situated opposite the Bercy Village, a short walk away from the Accor Arena, this Ibis is perfectly located to be your Parisian base. Bercy Village has a wide variety of shops and restaurants, including Fnac (books, games, music), Vapiano (Italian restaurant), Five Guys (burgers, etc.) and a Carrefour (mini retail shop for food, drinks, snacks). The Cour Saint-Émilion station entrance is a short walk away from the hotel, through Bercy Village, connecting you to line 14 of the Metro. The staff are very friendly and accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. Our room was serviced every day, and was a comfortable size and temperature, with a window that could be unlocked to open more widely, giving you a view of the Eiffel Tower if you looked in the distance. Extra pillows were also available in the room. Overall, this was a great value for money stay.
