The hotel is simple and the rooms are small but it was perfect for attending an event in the Accor Arena. It was about a 10 minute walk from it and is also right beside a lovely area with restaurants, bars and a cinema. We didn't get breakfast in the hotel but it seemed quite reasonable.

Very mess and awful experience for their booking system and customer service

It is a very mess and awful experience for their booking system and customer service. Problem of system: No direction to the payment page to enter the code, directly failed the booking or show a false booking then cancel after a few hours without notification. Problem of call service: 1. Not helpful, problem not solved. 2.Not efficient, more than 5 minutes wasted for a simple email address; a booking created without linked with my Accor account number, with wrong information (2 person instead of 1), without using the points as i asked...3.call after call after call, time is waste without any real solution. I was always with Hilton, just wanted to change to Accor because of their qty of hotel, But it turns out to be very disappointed..... Disappointing stay

Thankfully I only spent one night here. It was overpriced to say the least. The rooms were tiny and no safe. Toiletries were minimal, not even a box of tissues. They offer shampoo but no hair conditioner. The breakfast was disappointing. The area of Bercy Viklage is great with lots of restaurants and very close to the metro. Staff were very helpful.

This hotel is well located, and close to metro transportation to anywhere in the city. The hotel is fairly new and modernly decorated. Friendly and helpful staff, and generally clean. Room was tiny, no closet space, and no suitcase bench. Somewhat crowded. No ammenities, or minibar fridge, or safe. Guest get one towel each. We also took the breakfast deal, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Same menu every day. The coffee from the machine was terribe, could'nt drink it. Teh rest was ok but a dull variety

Tiny tiny and noisy rooms

Super tiny and very basic rooms, even for an Ibis. Most rooms are connecting rooms and you can hear your neighbors as if they were standing next to you. Quite disturbing. There was also construction noise that lasted for four days of our week long visit. Nothing redeeming about this hotel. I wouldn’t stay there again and strongly recommend others to consider other options.
