room was nice . Team member was helpful and welcoming. The room service menu is quiet disappointing. Same apply for the bar: food menu . Selection is too small .The hotel location is very accessible .

I would not recommend this will receive conflicting information from the staff. Most of the staff are not friendly at all. There are better hotels than this hotel and at better locations. It is not value for money

I stay at this hotel at least a couple times per year for my leisure trips to Paris. I enjoy the location, as it's far enough from the touristy center of Paris to be relaxing, yet Métro line 14 makes reaching the first a ten-minute ride. (Note: because this is an automated line, it was operating normally during the recent transit strikes.) The hotel itself is quite nice, having undergone significant renovations in the common areas over the past few years. Yet, what sets this property apart for me is the staff. They are warm, welcoming, caring, and always helpful. I see this as "my home in Paris" as a result. I know beyond any doubt that the staff will make every possible effort to assist me, no matter what my request is. In terms of the accommodations, I'd advise booking a premium room if you are able, as the view from the upper floors of the hotel toward the city is beautiful. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located to the Accor Arena at Bercy, the Pullman has comfortable and well equipped rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of the catering staff who went to a great deal of trouble to provide for my various food allergies.

two nigths trip to Paris

Main reason for our stay was to watch a show in the nearby Accor Arena… I write this article as a Platinum member. Arrival into Paris with our private car was fine. Parking at the hotel is very difficult, even just for check-in. Only two check-in counters were available with a view people waiting. When it was my turn, I presented my booking details as well as my platinum membership card. No greetings as a loyal member was given, as well as no upgrade. Even for the welcome drink vouchers I had to ask at the end of check-in. So the check-in experiences, compared with other Pullman hotels, was not so good. Our room was a family room with two big beds. Nice and clean perfect for our stay. I made my self a cup of tea, before we left for the show. After we came back we discovered, that the water kettle was spoilt and water was leaking all over the area. Spilling water on some of my documents and my mobile phone, luckily the phone was still working. The kettle was exchanged after we complained to the front desk, but when we returned to the room after dinner the next problem happened. Our room was without power. So I had to go back to the front desk, to ask for help again. We had to wait for 15 minutes till somebody came up to the room, just to check on some fuses, which caused the problem with the power fail. Next morning we went for breakfast around 09:30, hopping to avoid the big Chinese’s travel groups, but unfortunately they were still there. So we had to wait for a table and it was very load. Once we had a table, we discovered, that a lot of breakfast stuff was not available. For example the complete tea section was out of stock, glasses were missing at the juice section and lots of food was not available. So the breakfast experience was not very pleasant and we were looking forward to it, because we read, that Pullman has one of the best breakfasts in town. After my breakfast, I wanted to collect my tickets for a river cruise on the Sein, which I was included in my room package. Unfortunately the tickets were not ready yet and I was ask to wait another 30 minutes, before the responsible person would arrive. Of course I don’t wanted to wait again, so we left without the tickets and bought them latter on directly at the cruise company. At check-out we were reimbursed for the tickets and the room rate was reduced as well for one night to compensate the price different. This was nice of the hotel, but still I can’t believe a 4 star hotel can’t even handle a sim

The best hotel in Paris! As an accor club member you are threated here with many extra's. The rooms are very clean, breakfast buffet is very various. Only good things to say and certainly worth to recommend it.

i agree with the layout changes, and tge bar area is much improved. The only negative thought is that the equiptment in the fitness area needs to be upgraded slightly. The sauna was a huge plus. Still oneof my favorite Paris hotels.

A really great hotel close to the train line and right near the Bercy Markets and shops which are really good. A little bit out of Paris central which was easy to access by rail. I recommend walking to nearby suburbs we really enjoyed that

I have been coming to the Pullman regularly for the past 10 years, nearly once a month, and am usually very happy. Friendly staff, efficient service, clean rooms. For the past year or so, the hotel has been renovating its lobby. Where we previously came in to an open and inviting space, we now come into a diner. Sofa groups in the lobby are replaced by ping pong tables, giving more the impression of being in a youth hostel rather than a 4* hotel. The wall are cladded with cork, probably to protect them during the refurbish. Parts of the lobby are still under construction. The room service menu, which used to be very good, is now limited to a few items (stay away from the pizza, it's a frozen pizza microwaved). I asked the clerk in the lobby when the refirbish would be done, and he answered in a year or two. If that is the case, I will leave the Pullman for the first time in ten years, and try another hotel, hoping to come back to a clean, open, inviting and luxurious lobby as it once was. First impressions are everything. It's just not good now.

Tom Dixon's choice regarding materials includes cork, stainless steel, marble and leather. We are currently implementing decorative items, vegetals and lights that should create the cocooning mood you expect. Many comfortable chairs are located in the lobby, private cabins allow you to gather in more intimate areas. The playground area is a very small part of the 400m² lobby. The room service menu which you are referring to, was indeed the one that was offered while our bar was closed, which is not the case anymore. We apologize for the wrong information that you were given regarding the transformation end date and hope you will have another opportunity to discover this new place, where we are eager to welcome you. This was our first time in Paris and this hotel was an excellent choice. The property looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. The rooms are very comfortable and the service by the whole staff and specially the concierge is excellent.As for location, we found it great. It's just one block away from a shopping center and a metro station that connects you to all the places you want to visit. We really enjoyed being able to visit all the tourist hot spots and being able to go back to our hotel and get away from all the people at the end of the day.You will not regret staying here.

From check-in with professional and friendly staff, to parking the car and porting our luggage to the room, just great.The room clean and very nice and comfortable. Our welcome goodies a real pleasure. Breakfast a feast with a choice of food beyond expectation. Service staff at the restaurant including the breakfast room were highly qualified and so nice we felt we were with family.Everything we needed during our say was well catered for and we will be returning to this hotel. The quality staff are certainly a reflection of a General Manager that knows what hospitality is all about. So thank you to all for a pleasant stay.Gerard

On the whole a very nice hotel with quiet rooms even though major refurbishment works were taking place on the ground floor. A couple of disappointments. We reported that the WC had developed a fault (water continuously running) at 09.00 but when we returned in the evening at 18.00 it was still running. A second visit to reception resulted in a quick response but why wasn't it reported by Housekeeping?. Second gripe. There was a coffee machine in the room - excellent idea. However the capsules were not replaced after the first night and after the second night the box containing tea bags, sugar etc just disappeared. No drinks that morning - very strange.

the work on the property was a bit disappointing. As well as not being able to get a cappuccino for breakfast. The location is good, and the staff were quite help full as always. otherwise enjoyable as always.

We stayed at the Pullman Bercy during our recent trip to Paris. While the hotel is not close to the major tourist destinations, there is a very convenient metro stop near the hotel. Only a 5 minute walk. Since we are a family of five, we stayed in two adjoining rooms and greatly appreciated the extra space. The hotel put a roll-away bed in the room, without being asked. We didn't need the roll away because one room had two double beds and the other had one queen. We were planning on two of our daughters sharing a bed, needless to say they were very happy that no one had to share a bed. We also decided to go with the plan that included breakfast and we are so glad we did. The breakfast was amazing. There was a wide selection of food to choose from. I was so happy to see such a large fruit selection. The fruit was also already peeled and cut. I always worry about not being able to eat healthy on a trip and as a result someone might get sick, but after seeing all the fruit varieties, I didn't need to worry. There was something for everyone. There was plenty of bread, cereal, yogurt, fresh cut deli meat, and a hot food section. We were all very happy with the breakfast and as a result we were full for most of the day.

Especially Bercy is nice comparing to most of Parisian arrondissements. Food was great. The private limo hired through the Hotel is worth every €. The conference venue had all one could expect for medical professionals.

My trips to Paris are all about enjoying that wonderful city and the wealth of cultural options it offers. Given that, the Pullman Bercy is the kind of hotel I have come to love and look forward to returning to. The location, being on speedy line 14 of the Métro, permits quick and easy access to the heart of the city and to the well-known art museums. From Cour Saint-Emilion, it is one stop to RER C and the Orsay, three stops to Chatelet and the Pompidou or line 1 to several other well-known museums. That aside, the hotel is well-appointed and offers a range of services. the rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a range of hot and cold options. But to me the most compelling reason to stay at the Pullman is the staff. The folks at reception or in the restaurant are warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Over the years I've stayed there a number of times now, and I'm greeted by name by many of the people there. It feels like a home away from home in that regard, and that makes a big difference when you travel as much as I do. I would not hesitate to recommend the Pullman to anyone heading to Paris.
