My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Adagio Access hotel. It was convenient to access La Defense metro station. The staff at the hotel was kind and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was good and the service excellent.

I wouldn't recommend this aparthotel. First of all, Accor should make clear on their website the difference between the Adagios as we innocently booked an Adagio Access which falls in the Economy category. When entering the room, we knew why. Clearly, this building is old and dirty along with the rooms. Apparently, it has not been renovated since 1998! We had chosen the group Accor for their reputation so you don’t end up with nasty surprises. The state of the rooms is really not up to a standard. We felt like we were in a 1star hotel. The carpet and the shower curtain are dirty, the shower room is out of date (I have nearly burnt myself taking a shower by dropping the shower head), there is no room to store your toiletries in the bathroom, you need to pay a deposit to have a kettle... A bit of paint would give this Aparthotel a bit of freshness. The only positive comment is the location. It is nearby all facilities with great access to Paris.

The rooms require proper maintenance. The water closet does not function well. Complained and not repaired. Elevator area require more cleaning. Room facilities should be checked often. The exposed toilet piping in room 1014 should be covered.

2 breakfasts not taken because we leave 30 mins earlier than restaurant opening time and it was charged on my cart anyway. Reception was informed, man told it will not be charged but it was. VERY ABUSIVE!

The pepole here are very helpful and nice special the front office The place is very quiet and I love't You need just to change the floor's rooms to be more nice and clean Hope my next vacation to be here

the apartment is nice, but is functional: 4 beds in one room and even a table for 4, but only one for two persons and a desk. there is equipment for cooking. the real complaints are due to cleaning, very low: once every seven days, without giving us the chance to do it, lacked detergent to clean health.

The hotel is near La Defence, there are metro, RER, bus station. This hotel has many apartments with kitchen, microwave, dishes. There is a supermarket near hotel, you could buy some foods and prepare yourself. Girls at reception were very friendly. I asked the room at high floor with nice view. Breakfast is very easy, it is better to buy anything at super market and prepare in room's kitchen/ This hotel is well for long stay, also it is possible to stay 1 - 4 nights for see Paris. I like this hotel.

This hotel is in a nice quiet location, not far from Le Defense - giving access to trains / metro to central Paris and a huge shopping centre. Just around the corner from the hotel is the centre of Courbevoie too, with supermarkets, subways and McDonads and a train station too. Good breakfast and the studios are a nice size.

Good room, good furniture and good space. The problem was the carpet cleanliness, was not good and a strong smell. The location is good, near the Lá Defénce subway (big station). It´s a good value, but they need to get better on cleanliness.

Not clean hotel , nasty smell , not helpfull stuf and evert thing costing money the only thing free the toilet papier . We chocked this hotel under Accor name. I went to my Home land Denmark early 4 days because i can't enjoy the stay in the hotel and the ironic part this hotel took money from my account for parking my car and they charge me all the 7 days even I am there 3 day. I took pictures to have evidence how it is not clean hotel.

We stayed there for 4 nights (4 people) and we found it valuable for money (we payed arround 110/night). We've been welcomed with a nice surprise - a bottle of champaigne offered at the reception; second nice surprise was the view from the balcony (14th floor) - direct sight to the Eiffel Tower. The location is very good (bus station 275 in front of the hotel, Carrefour just across the street), in a safe area - we arrived arround midnight every day and we walked from La Defense Metro station to the hotel... Staff was friendly and helpfull (they brought us a boiling water machine). Maps and info brochures for free at the reception. Easy check-in and check-out. Cleanliness was average (old and stained carpet on the floor) but the bed linens or towels were impecable. Sleep quality was excellent. Room was a little cramped but ok for Paris standards. Kitchen with everything you need for cooking breakfast or even dinner. Free wi-fi in the rooom. Nice experience for tourists.

Excellent property and best value in Courbevoie. Very conveniently located. Reception staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Ask for the room 1312 on 13th floor. You'll get the best view of Paris you could ever have dreamed of.

I'm a smoker. important to me to lack any restrictions for smoking, while to others do not suffer from this. Many thanks to the hotel, which allowed for this request and made ​​my stay in Paris as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

Hotel needs urgent refurbishment. Flooring and furniture are old and in poor conditions. Very big difference from the rest of Accor Network. Ventilation of the eating preparation area bring odors from other floors below. Initial i received a room with access door unrestricted to the next room, rented by other people. It was changed after I requested. Bath cleaning very poor. If you buy less than 7 days you have not cleaning during the stay. 10 minutes walk to La Defence Metro station.

Adagio Access La defense is well situated hotel. For the location, it's then well surrounded by a bus stop, a drugstore, a italian restaurant just in front and 5min trek to la Defense. The bad side of the story is that the hotel became very old . Rooms needs to be entirely refreshned and materials also. The escalator is very old now, somehow dirty. The parking is narrow if you don't drive a small car (Audi S1, Peugeot 207 etc) and it is not free. The internet connection is dangerously slow. In fact, it is slowed by a radius server...when we are now in 3G+ and H+ era. I most of time connects through my mobile modem I will recommand this hotel only if no cares is about well equiped rooms and commodities.
