My firm had their annual event at the hotel, we booked out the heart of kent suite and i also stayed the night. The event team on duty on the 26th April were brilliant (Kirsty was really helpful), the event went smoothly and all my staff had a great time. I stayed in one of the room and all was clean and well presented, had breakfast in the morning and was of a good quality. Thanks

This is the second time we have used the facilities at the hotel for our AGM, we were looked after by Jo (Guest Service Manager) and the rest of the team. We had a three course meal and were offered plenty of choices which was pre-ordered. The food was very well presented and all the staff were very friendly in looking after us. Excellent experience all round.

Horror hotel never again

The hotel is very old . We booked and paid for a family room with 4 beds and space. We did get by our arrival a smal room with 3 beds. They even stil got enkel glazing in the windows! Room is very small and dated. Furniture from 80 ties. Very small bathroom. Staff looked bored and no way they will help you. They even don’t serve scrambled eggs at breakfast. They charged a fortune for it. We never call again there.
