My firm had their annual event at the hotel, we booked out the heart of kent suite and i also stayed the night. The event team on duty on the 26th April were brilliant (Kirsty was really helpful), the event went smoothly and all my staff had a great time. I stayed in one of the room and all was clean and well presented, had breakfast in the morning and was of a good quality. Thanks

We stayed for one night and were impressed by the greeting from reception on arrival. The lady was very chatty and involved our son with giving some colouring and a treat, she was also very descriptive giving directions to various different things. The size of the room was good and had everything we needed for a comfortable nights sleep. We didn’t have time to use the leisure facilities but look forward to trying them out during our next stay which is already booked. Many thanks
