Fantastic stay at Mercure Perth. Kerri and Chloe were a delight on check in & check out. Slight hiccup on check in as they couldn’t find my reservation This was dealt with very professionally and after a few minutes everything was resolved. I look forward to staying again soon.

Kerri was great help at reception, definitely recommend staying there the location is perfect as it’s in the city centre that’s all folks cheers just trying to fill in the rest of the characters still not quite there twenty to go getting close done. Great place!

Rooms were basic but clean. Kerri in reception was a delight. Really friendly and welcoming provided us with a great service and we will definitely be back again for the races thank you mercure staff for everything see you next year all the best Closet was fantastic too Boy an in the bar was 1st class and makes the best bloody mays ever.

Poor facilities - great staff

Overall very average stay and the room wasn’t up to standard. The carpet had been eaten by moths, the bed sheets had holes in them and the bath tub was dirty. That being said they had a super star Kerri behind reception who had great knowledge of local places to eat and go see which was very helpful and she always had a smile on her face
