Firstly, very clean, a little dated, feels like a trip back to the 80's. Say that a comfortable night, food good. One major issue is the WiFi. as a business location both the Hotel & Conference WiFi was poor, the hotel was so bad I had to use my mobile instead.

Comfy beds, lovely staff, crying out for renovation

All the staff were lovely and attentive, can’t fault them at all, the beds were really comfy and made every day, located directly next to a huge shopping complex with every restaurant and shop you can think of. Found the hotel restaurant very overpriced (£16 for a burger) but the food wasn’t bad either. Would recommend scoping out the restaurants next door. The hotel itself is nice but doesn’t look like it’s been decorated since the early 90s. The corridors are old and tired, the bedrooms are very dated (shower curtains and stuff) which is a shame because it would’ve been really nice had it have been updated recently.
