We stayed as we had an early flight the next morning, bed was comfortable and shower was good. Was a function on so got quite noisy as the room was hot and smelled a little when we went in so we had the window open and could hear guests past midnight. Overall was fine for what we needed at a fraction of the cost of an airport hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome and values as guests at the Mercury Livingston Hotel. The staff we encountered were all very friendly, helpful and interested in us. The food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was delicious.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, the food service was quick, and the food was of good quality. The shower head needs adjusting as the angle is incorrect, making it difficult to shower without bumping into the wall to get water all over the body. The waiting staff were efficient with food service, but failed at checking if the customer needed the bill afterwards and were stood around talking when I was waiting to recieve the bill.
