Lovely staff. Our room was fine if a little dated. Hot water ran out on the Sunday morning, otherwise it would have been a score of 10. Excellent value with the discovery offer.

Lovely hotel, in a lovely location. Staff was very polite, friendly and sociable. Large rooms, clean and airy. The hall at the main entrance looks like a dream, all redecorated 3 months ago. The rooms are still keeping the old/ vintage vibe, the traditional touches of the 80s, but very clean, tidy and comfy! The location, is like a paradise. A large, green garden, for morning walks and a terrace where you can serve your coffee enjoying fresh air. I do recomend!

Staff brilliant! Hotel felt ‘tired’ and needed TLC. Scruffy and sad. Everything worked ok but can’t say we would come again. Xpected more from Mercure.
