The check in experience was zero out of 10, we had booked through Expedia and our reservations were confirmed with numbers etc. Our flight to Glasgow from Dublin was shorter than it took to sort this out. Problems can occur of course but both staff had zero training on dealing with people and spent the duration staring into the screens.. the reception desk was a mess and the tables were full of empty glasses which give a poor first impression. How you are first greeted generally sets the tone, welcoming guests is compulsory in Ireland as it should be in Glasgow too!

I have looked into your booking and I can see that it was Sophie that checked you in, she is new and is still finding her feet and I'm sorry that the check in process took sometime. In regards to the lobby we currently have a group of golfers in that tend to all have drinks together so I can only imagine that they had just left. However all comments will be addressed with the staff on duty. Tv didnt work properly. Windows dont open enough to let air in, so it was far too warm.

Amazing service, we couldn't have been happier with the brilliant staff at this hotel. Really made our stay. Room was clean and big enough for two. Not much place to hang clothes but there was room for about four garments to be hung. Other than that, brilliant.

Good location not the best hotel

The hotel was good location but that's about it. Paid £209 for a 1 night stay no breakfast. Room was tiny very dated. Extremely overpriced would not stay or reccomend here
