We had a great time the room was spotless the cleaner Jean done a great job .We had a lovely meal at the hotel and the breakfast was fantastic .The staff were very friendly.It was frozen outside but the room was lovely and warm. 10 out of 10 👍😃

Stacey was great during our stay, very polite cheerful and pleasent. The stay was comfortable and the xmas market nearby was beautiful, ideal location for shopping with a multitude of shops within a short walking distance

Never again. Tiny, tired dowdy room. But wait until you see the bathroom. Door decrepit and warped, wouldn't shut. Mirror light broken. Shower rail made of rust. Toilet for some absurd reason angled at 20degrees towards the wall couple of inches away. Basin ditto. But beyond bad workmanship, get this: if you arrive before the "official" 15.00 check-in and your room is ready, they want to charge you £20 per person "early access charge". Cynical beyond belief.
