Good location Great staff , who were all very nice and friendly Bed was very uncomfy and mattress was harder than A. normal mattress Room was also roasting but once I figure how to work out the window it wasn’t as bad

We attended a function at the hotel and booked a room for ease. The location of the hotel is fantastic; right in the centre and more near the shops so not too noisy outside. The room was dated but clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and it was a super king size. Breakfast the next morning was all cooked fresh and there was lots of variety and choice. One thing that stood out the most for me was how lovely all the staff were - every member of staff I spoke to was smiling, happy, helpful and just made the stay. Thanks for a great weekend and we will be back.
