Ok stay stayed for 3 nights on level 6 in a prestigious room. very hard mattress, only 2 pillows in room, no air con very hot uncomfortable at night, toilet running constantly. Carpet stains all over the room, big stain on mattress under mattress protector. Paid the extra for upgraded room but no extra for the price no robes or slippers as advertised, had to keep getting key reset as was locked out of room after cleaners came in. I wouldn’t stay again unless it was absolute necessary

Literally never coming back. It was around 22 degrees out and there was no AC in the room but a plug-in fan that circulated hot air. The window wouldn’t even open properly. It opened about a quarter of the way. The room and bathroom were dirty with there being someone’s hair in the bathtub on arrival. A simple request for ice took 30 minutes and 2 calls down to the lobby. There was only 2 sockets in the room, one of which was where the tv was plugged in and accounting for the need for a plug in fan, you’re left with no sockets for anything else.
