This is 2nd time staying here the 2nd room was lovely 153, lots of room, just needs a bit more tlc cracked window (taped up) and poor paintwork in toilet *doors etc and dirty tules

This was the third time we have stayed here, the breakfast and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is looking a little tired and would benefit from some TLC

After being initially impressed by the size of the room, we were soon very disappointed. There was a party going on, what sounded like directly below our room. When we called the reception at 11.15pm to ask when this would end, they advised midnight. Finally at 12.30am it stopped, we were then kept awake by drunk guests going to and from rooms all night.

Pleasant stay room clean ate in the restaurant enjoyed the food. The negative point was we prepaid for accommodation and dinner on check in but when I checked our credit card and additional charge had been made of £90.50 I rang and this amount was refunded but if I hadn't checked this would have gone unnoticed.

Staff were really polite and helpful. The windows in our room need replacing as the glass had excessive condensation which made puddles of water on the window frame and window sill. The stairwell to the floors with the rooms felt cold.
