I had my birthday party at the Mercure on 11th May 2024. It was amazing! The buffet food was excellent with both hot and cold platters and everyone said how tasty the food was. The staff were also amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. We also stayed overnight in a very comfortable bed with the most amazingly tasty buffet breakfast. We will definitely be back. Service was excellent although i was promised an electronic invoice which still has not arrived. Hotel itself looks tired with inner courtyard area very messy and dull / dirty paintwork evident throughout. Food was good.

Friendly staff and my problem with the shower was sorted out within minutes. Tasty breakfast. The only disappointment was the roughness of the towels.
