The stay was lovely, great location, the main hotel was ok but the room we stayed in 104 was in desperate need of some attention, when we arrived it was cold and damp feeling with condensation on the doors, only one radiator that didn’t do a lot. Decor desperately needed a freshen up it was tatty and an eye sore, we have family in other rooms that were much nicer. When we checked in the invoices did not match what we have been quoted and they tried to charge us more than we should of paid, reception staff didn’t understand it and couldn’t explain why this was the case. Should have charged us on arrival to then be told on check out they hadn’t and needed to charge again, really disorganised.

Room good size and clean. Bathroom no heating and toilet would not correctly. Only one towel for two people. Breakfast was mixed, not great for the price that was charged.

Slightly out of Bristol Centre but worth the extra drive

A 2 day business stay recently. I usually look for a more central hotel but prices in Bristol being what they are, decided to look a little further afield. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent restaurant service. Breakfast was great although the hot food could have been a little hotter. Take an extension cord for the bedroom - only 2 electric sockets in the room, neither of which is near the mirror!!

Well located for access to the M4, the hotel is nice, the staff are all great and really polite and helpful, but the hotel and rooms are in need of a revamp modernisation.
