Absolutely brilliant,we had a problem when we first got there as we booked 3rd party to watch a faulty towers weekend and didn’t have a room for us which we thought came with it but the hotel was brilliant got it sorted for us straight away.I would highly recommend this hotel.

Efficient friendly staff lovely location cracking food lovely rooms and everything worked really well . Would strongly recommend a stay here and vipin and Tahish were very helpful as were all the staff really enjoyed the whole weekend and will come again

Wow!!!! What can I say... the perfect hotel. Beautiful building. Super comfy beds and excellent service from All the staff. They hosted the Faulty Towers experience and we were not disappointed. I highly recommend this event and this hotel. A very happy fun stay.

Wow! Where do I even start? After a stressful time in the bus and getting wrong directions from the hire car GPS being out of date, arriving at this place made everything worthwhile. Firstly the place is incredibly classy and stylish, both inside and out. The place resembles a mansion. Then the room. Much larger than any I'd stayed in the UK up to that point and with fantastic central heating, couch and bay window. Then there are the many lovely lounge areas all through the facility as well as bar open long hours with Alfie providing first class help and service. Other staff worth highlighting are Alicia with her excellent attentive breakfast help. Lily and Shae at the front desk were both very helpful. In spite of a small issue, Shae went above and beyond to fix the issue even though it was late. This place is amazing value and I would recommend it highly to anyone visiting Bristol. Although it's a little out of the way, the extra effort in terms of car rental or Uber costs are more than worth it.

Had a family baby shower. Staff was amazing would recommend this hotel. Food was amazing we were all full. You could have any event at this hotel and the staff will deliver a great service. It’s out of the city centre very peaceful and easy parking.
