Zeer goed hotel. We hadden een appartement met 1 slaapkamer. Uitstekende airco zodat ondanks de zeer hoge temperaturen het appartement fris bleef. Badkamer en keuken zeker ook prima. Vriendelijke medewerkers.

Ruime kamer met keukentje waar je prima een paar dagen kunt verblijven. Fijn dat je de gehele dag van de koffie automaat beneden gebruik kunt maken. Parking is wel even uitvinden hoe je daar binnenkomt

Hotel is makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf snelweg, parkeren kan handig onder het hotel. Wij betaalden 27 euro voor 24 uur. Helaas was de kamer nog niet beschikbaar om 15 uur, maar we konden met een kopje koffie wachten in het restaurant. De kamer was prima. Een beetje stof hier en daar, maar schone, fijne bedden en een keurige badkamer. Het keukentje is handig, maar wij hebben alleen de koelkast en waterkoker gebruikt. Lopend bereik je het centrum binnen 10 minuten. Er zijn voldoende restaurants in de buurt en er zit een supermarkt om de hoek. Ik vond het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hadden geduld met mijn slechte Duits, maar spreken ook goed Engels.

We try to work on it, but sometimes it is not in our hands, if we are not able to provide apartments right in time. De ruimte was goed, maar niet schoon. Ook lagen er twee handdoeken, terwijl we met zijn vieren zijn. Als we dat aangeven wordt gezegd dat we zelf maar naar de kast achter de receptie moeten lopen om er nog twee te pakken. Op de klacht dat doucheschuim op is komt hetzelfde antwoord. Steeds moeten we lang wachten bij de receptie, medewerkers spreken je pas na enige tijd aan als je naar de receptie loopt, ook als er geen andere klanten zijn. We werden blij gemaakt met gratis koffie, thee en choco uit de automaat, maar dan zijn eerst de bekers op en ook is de chocolademelk op. Als we dat dan aangeven wordt gezegd dat dit de volgende dag pas wordt bijgevuld. De ochtend erna was er niet bijgevuld.

Fijn om een eigen keukentje te hebben. Hotel is mooi op loopafstand van het centrum. Gratis koffie en thee in de lobby. Onze eerste kamer was echter niet in orde. TV had geen ontvangst. Belangrijker nog was dat we een bedwants vonden op ons bed. Het hotel heeft onze melding wel serieus genomen. We kregen een andere kamer en zagen de volgende dag gestart is om de kamer te saneren.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your message. As soon as you informed us about the insects in the flat, the exterminator was instructed to inspect the flat and take the appropriate countermeasures. Unfortunately, even though we regularly train all internal and external staff to look out for insects and inform us immediately, it sometimes goes unnoticed. However, due to the large number of international travellers, the frequency with which these animals are brought in with luggage is also increasing here. The TV will also be checked, but mostly it has to do with the internet connection, which unfortunately has been changed in the TV settings. You can use our Adagio Lounge app to find out all the additional information about the facilities and services, weekly cleaning service and more. Kamer had een aparte geur en het was er warm. Alles was netjes schoon en het personeel was vriendelijk. Er zijn veel zenders maar geen Nederlands zenders op de televisie. Ook wekte het koppelen met Netflix bijvoorbeeld niet (chromecast was niet aanwezig of kapot op betreffende tv)
