BEWARE- Charged twice

The bottom line is we were charged twice for the room and would have lost 840 euro if we hadn't personally checked and chased to correct. The receptionist said our first payment was 'declined' which was absolutely untrue. The manager said 'they didn't find our payment and your reservation'. Also untrue because the receptionist found the reservation and checked us in. In the end we chased the hotel and Accor and provided evidence and were reimbursed. The onus was always on us. A large Accor hotel making such an error is hard to understand and we have raised a formal complaint. For now check your bills and take care.

We stayed here whilst visiting Monaco. The location is great for the railway station. The rooms are good for the price and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent and a good way to prepare for a day out walking around the area. The staff were all excellent - very friendly and helpful. This was my third visit to this hotel and it is consistently good.

Of all the hotels we've stayed here in France, this was undoubtedly the best. It's not a 5-star hotel, but the welcome made it 5-star. We felt welcomed. I'd like to mention the receptionist Suelen. Very friendly, attentive, polite and well-dressed. We'll definitely be back. From now, it will be our first choice here in the Côte d'Azur.

I'd like to thank the cleaning ladies. The room was always clean. And a big applause for the receptionist whose name we won't forget because she said: Suelen but not from Dallas! Very funny, with beautiful hair, a sweet English accent and above all a super woman! During the days we were at the hotel we saw her doing everything. Helping the clients with informations about the city and the transports, assisting customers at reception and also doing technical work, including in our room with the safe box and air conditioning. Bravo! We 100% recommend the hotel.
