Poor and sad contrast to beautiful and charming Nice

poor and industrial vibe quite far away. No charm. Restaurant seems like it was situated in a parkinglot. The pool was small and the rooftop var just a whole in the wall. The rooms have no balcony and with. a family of 4 nowere to sit. Just really bad

Great stay and experience in Nice!

My husband and I were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and went to Nice for a quick trip. I contacted the hotel the day before we were going to arrive and spoke with Liubov Lifanova, the Qualite & Guest Experience Manager. She was extremely accommodating to us for this last minute trip. In addition to accommodating, she was very friendly, helpful and informative on places to go, see, do and restaurants. She also went as far as to leave us a gift bag before she left for her days off. What a great experience and she is quite an asset to this hotel. Thank you Liubov for a great experience!

Ian silly little boy. Dated, dirty rooms. No water during our 'day use' booking and weren't told that there would be water issues. On checking out there was a language barrier and lack of explanation about how the towel deposit was refunded. A rude staff member apparently named Ian was shouting at us and absolutely disgusting lack of customer service skills. He should go work at McDonald's.

The water cut was an unexpected and unfortunate event for all of our guests and all of our staff, as we were not warned by the City of Nice. We had to manage this unpleasant situation for everyone, and we apologize for any disruption it caused, however it was beyond our control. Additionally, we always aim to provide clear explanations, especially regarding financial transactions such as the pool towel deposit refund. We are surprised and concerned by your comment aimed at one of our reception team members. We have only received excellent feedback regarding our team, and this does not reflect the high standard of hospitality we hold ourselves to. Great staff, room did the job

Jeremy on the front desk deserves a mention. He was super friendly and helpful at all times. Overall the staff and the nice restaurant were the best things about it. The room itself felt a bit dated, the telephone didn’t work and the lighting was quite gloomy and not easy to control.

Worst, very racist, very rude front desk executive (Vladimir) ever!

We stayed all our 14 days May 2024 trip in Accor group hotels, mostly Novotel spending more than 7000 euros. Assuming sticking to a brand will be a better choice in France. But to our bad luck, it was our worst experience. Vladimir (reception executive) was just after us, targeting and being very very very rude the whole stay at this Nice property during our 7 night stay from 22nd May to 29th May. He was very racist and made it a point to TARGET us with every small thing. He even got the ACs of our two rooms shut down in the middle of night. Gave technical reason and offered to change on a condition we move all our luggage to the new room in the middle of night. Next morning, when we requested some normal housekeeping staff, he started the ACs of both room in 10 seconds. As if just a switch was turned off. I cannot believe how such a person Vladimir be even recruited in hospitality industry. Accor group is doing grave injustice to itself if such people are continuing with them.
