Only 2 luggage carts ( most often used by meeting rooms/ conferences, make the check out with many luggage awkward at best. lucky that the front desk clerks decided to go old style and helped to move the 4 pieces of luggage to the lobby Asking for a taxi at the front desk only to find a regular car with flexible pricing to go to the terminal 2( between 30 to 35 euros depending on the size of the car), not serious ! expecting stricter standards from Pullman. Dining room for breakfast with many used tables not cleared in time for late arrivals, the check in desks in the middle of the lobby are not professional looking, messy at best with agents needing to get to a printer away from the tables. i only stay at the pullman for the location and view ( as an airplane spotter and photographer) higher floor better view packages could be offered and attract more enthusiasts like me I believe.
