I arrived at the hotel after a long day of traveling. It was my fault that I booked the wrong night; I was already charged, and they wanted to charge me for a second night. The manager thought it was okay for me to switch dates, but the company did not. When I went to book the 2nd night, I couldn't do it in person, only on my computer. I was having problems with both my phone and computer. I ended up finding another place, which was a lot cheaper and lovely.

We arrived in Amsterdam early in the day, it was raining, and my 82-year-old mother needed a rest after traveling for more than two weeks straight (and we could not check into our hotel until 3 pm). When she checked in, the staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was perfect. She rested well and read while my husband and I toured Amsterdam. We only wished we had booked this hotel for the rest of our stay in Amsterdam - it is beautiful and located in such a good location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags while we visited the Keukenhof Gardens. The room was comfortable and we slept well the night we were there. There is a grocery store and public transportation close by.

I got this hotel in a very short notice. The hotel located in a very nice place, walking distance to Heineken Experience, Rijksmuseum, Old Albert Cuyp Market, and lots of good restaurant, next to tram stop in Albert Cuypstraat (Tram no 4 to go to central station) Saad and Alexandra is a great staff and also other staffs are very helpful. I even added my stay for 1 night due to King's day on Apr 27, 2024, because we cannot go to central station.

The location is close to bus/tram stations, the room is comfy and clean. My room does not face the street, it faces the residential buildings and is very quiet all the time. There are two Ibis hotels in the same block, a bit confusing, but I prefer this one.
