Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had a great view. Happy hour was very welcome at the end of a working day. Dinner and breakfast at Tapestry were excellent. I had the best eggs Benedict that I've had in ages. The Concierge were extremely efficient in making sure that our car was available at short notice.

We checked into the Pullman today and it was very busy. We were served at the check in by a man named Virat at about 1.40pm his service was amazing. We were seen quickly and efficiently, although he was very busy he made us feel very well cared for, explaining everything in detail such as breakfast and areas. Exceptional 5 star service

This room was not really suitable for us as we are both in wheelchairs. Bathroom was not accessible. I did let the hotel know by email that there were two of us but apparently the room was not the highest grade which was actually my free stay room so probably my fault.
