The facilities are fantastic, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. A special mention to R J Manager, who handled an issue we faced with such professionalism and promptness. He not only resolved our concern quickly but also followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. It’s service like this that truly sets Pullman Auckland apart. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable experience.

It was a 3 night stay for business purposes. I did not get time to utilise the hotel services as I was quite busy with work. One minor point of feedback was the bed pillows did not help my sleep. I did request alternate pillows but none were available

The hotel, room & staff were all very lovely. However on both days we rang to have our car brought to the front, the first day my husband even went down as we couldn’t get through to reception. We were told 25 mins which was fine, came down, to wait another 20 mins as we had to ask again for them to get it. Same thing happened on the Sunday, however this time we did get through to reception. Again were told 25mins & waited another 30mins after asking again! Both day we ended up late to where we needed to be. If there was an option to safely park our cars ourselves we would be staying again, but sadly with valet being the only option we won’t be staying again. A shame as it is a lovely hotel.
