A wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, well-appointed and the full-sized bed (in particular) is so comfortable. The bed linens were fresh on arrival. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location just adjacent to Albert Park and walking distance to the harbor. Highly recommended stay.

The only complaint I have is that my room 413 was too close to the elevators, I can hear the noise all the time.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience at our other accommodation we booked while visiting Auck, so we popped to Pullman’s in hope they could find us a room for 1 night and the guy (gutted I forgot his name!) was so helpful, understanding and kind! We’ll definitely be returning here next time we come to Auckland.
