Pretty good hotel in a good location

We had 5 people in 3 rooms , everybody were happy with the quality of services and a location too - main train station is in a walking distance, tram stop is in front of the hotel. Basel card with discounts and a free of charge public transportation was a nice addition, I did not expect that. A great breakfast, exactly as I have imagined.

Okay hotel

Worst Novotel I've stayed in. Staff are mildly rude if I'm being honest everything is an effort. Room is clean but stupidly designed the sofa bed has no wall against it so is really awkward and kept collapsing. Poor quality pillows. Mold around mirror in bathroom
