Chef Wesley went above and beyond to ensure all of my culinary needs were not only met, but exceeded. He took personal attention and responsibility. It’s definitely left a very high bar for future trips to the Sofitel. The rest of the hotel staff, including the new manager was very attentive too and ensured I had a comfortable stay. Thank you once again for a memorable experience.
