The lifts are annoying. The system is confusing. Also, I left my notebook on the floor above reception. I left around 11pm and it was on one of the round tables in the general area. I can't believe it wasn't handed in. I was attending a Chubb-Client event. Nobody has contacted me, nor did they seem particularly bothered. There were a lot of notes I needed in that book.

Through Bookings, I overlooked the default booking date which meant I had no reservation for the evening I needed. The reception staff and especially the Manager went out of their way to help me despite the hotel being quite busy. The Manager was able to find me a room for the evening at a reasonable rate. And then the Manager of the lobby bar offered me a Negroni in such a kind gesture. I will have more business in Frankfurt and I will always stay at the Sofitel in the future.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights whilst attending an event, hotel is well located, immaculate in every respect with great leisure facilities. Staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the outset.

It's for my Birthday and Miss Sucker was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in the Staff in the counter war also very kind to us and give us good instructions. We were also enjoying the Bar a lot. Good atmosphere there and Staffs were friendly. It's a bit pity that on the Paper of information wrote pool is open for 24hr but when i was there on Saturday morning. It doesn't open until 9. But still I have a wonderful memory to stay there. It would be lovely to stay there again.
