Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Nottingham City Centre George Hotel. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We are soon to be undertaking a major refurbishment throughout the whole of the hotel. We will certainly keep your feedback in mind during this process. Not all rooms come with mini fridges, these can be found in our larger Privilege rooms and Suites. However, you will soon start to see these becoming less common in hotels due to greenhouse gases and hotels trying to make improvements to become more greener. Mini fridges will soon start to become a thing of the past within many hotels for this reason. Your feedback is however well received and will be used to make any improvements to our product and service standards where necessary.
