I had a delay on my flight snd Dekta put me up in the Ibis near heathtow. It was a nice hotel but thd service was spectacular. Ahmed in particular was wonderful. Very helpful courtesy and just a good guy. He is a credit to ibis

This is a excellent budget option in London. Modern hotel, supporting crew and safe place for small families and couples. Close to underground grid (Whitechapel Station), it will make easy to enjoy the city.

This hotel is a very good choice if you don’t want to spend a fortune for a London stay. I booked a new room /Nest/ and got it in the new building on the top floor with great view. It’s much better than the usual ibis rooms, looks nicer and a bit cosier. Very important thing for me, it was very quiet! The staff was very friendly and kind, I almost never experienced this kind of welcome in this budget hotel level. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, simple but enough.

too many groups

when you get large groups of school children, it can get quite noisy. there needs to be more segregation of groups so they dont affect other guests. Over the winter, this hotel is great, but my last few stays have been a bit noisy
