Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the noise you experienced throughout your stay. We understand that staying in a central location can sometimes mean being exposed to street noise, particularly during busy periods. We regret that the window insulation did not provide the level of comfort you expected. Regarding the noise in the corridors, while there are certain aspects beyond our direct control, we are sorry if you have been disturbed during the night. Additionally, I am sorry to learn that your arrival and check-in experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize that your membership status was not properly acknowledged and that you were not given the information and recognition you deserved. We always strive to recognize our members and ensure they feel valued throughout their stay, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion. Regarding the welcome drink, this benefit can be accessed through the Accor app, and we understand that such information should be communicated proactively by our team. With regard to drinking water, as part of our commitment to sustainability and our Green Key initiatives, we have introduced water dispensers on every floor, as well as in the lobby, to help reduce single-use plastic. Hôtel agréable mais ménage pas super bien fait dans les chambres (tasses avec café non changées) paquet de kleenex sous le lit à notre arrivée . Je trouve également anormal que les parapluies soient payants. Et le lit pour la troisième personne n’est pas très confortable. J’ai été dans des Novotel beaucoup mieux que celui-ci.Dommage

Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans cet hotel et nous en sommes ravis ! L'hôtel est à 1 min à pied de la station de métro Tower hill, à coté de la Tour de Londres et très proche du Tower bridge. Lensemble du personnel est disponible et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est varié et copieux. Les chambres sont très agréables, propres et spacieuses . e recommande fortement.

C'était mon 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel, choisi pour son emplacement. A 2 minutes de la station Tower Hill, il est idéalement situé. Les locaux sont propres ; pour certaines chambres, je pense que quelques rafraîchissements peuvent être nécessaires (peinture, les encadrements de lits qui sont marqués, ...). Je n'ai jamais eu de souci avec le réseau mobile sur mes 2 autres séjours, cependant cette fois ci, j'ai eu énormément de mal à en avoir à l'hôtel. Je précise que je n'aime pas utiliser le WI-FI en général. Je ne sais pas à quoi était dû ce problème. Un bon choix en petit déjeuner, bien que certains serveurs soient pressés de vous voir partir, alors même que vous n'avez pas encore fini votre petit-déjeuner... En résumé : bon séjour. This was my third stay at this hotel, which I chose for its location. Just two minutes from Tower Hill station, it’s ideally situated. The premises are clean; in some rooms, I think a bit of a refresh might be needed (a lick of paint, the bed frames are a bit scuffed, etc.). I’ve never had any problems with mobile reception on my other two stays, but this time I found it extremely difficult to get a signal in the hotel. I should point out that I don’t usually like using Wi-Fi. I don’t know what caused this problem. A good choice for breakfast, although some waiters seem keen to get you to leave, even though you haven’t finished your breakfast yet... All in all: a good stay.
