Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans cet hotel et nous en sommes ravis ! L'hôtel est à 1 min à pied de la station de métro Tower hill, à coté de la Tour de Londres et très proche du Tower bridge. Lensemble du personnel est disponible et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est varié et copieux. Les chambres sont très agréables, propres et spacieuses . e recommande fortement.

C'était mon 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel, choisi pour son emplacement. A 2 minutes de la station Tower Hill, il est idéalement situé. Les locaux sont propres ; pour certaines chambres, je pense que quelques rafraîchissements peuvent être nécessaires (peinture, les encadrements de lits qui sont marqués, ...). Je n'ai jamais eu de souci avec le réseau mobile sur mes 2 autres séjours, cependant cette fois ci, j'ai eu énormément de mal à en avoir à l'hôtel. Je précise que je n'aime pas utiliser le WI-FI en général. Je ne sais pas à quoi était dû ce problème. Un bon choix en petit déjeuner, bien que certains serveurs soient pressés de vous voir partir, alors même que vous n'avez pas encore fini votre petit-déjeuner... En résumé : bon séjour. This was my third stay at this hotel, which I chose for its location. Just two minutes from Tower Hill station, it’s ideally situated. The premises are clean; in some rooms, I think a bit of a refresh might be needed (a lick of paint, the bed frames are a bit scuffed, etc.). I’ve never had any problems with mobile reception on my other two stays, but this time I found it extremely difficult to get a signal in the hotel. I should point out that I don’t usually like using Wi-Fi. I don’t know what caused this problem. A good choice for breakfast, although some waiters seem keen to get you to leave, even though you haven’t finished your breakfast yet... All in all: a good stay.

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel dont le service est irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la literie qui nous a permis d’avoir un sommeil réparateur pour être d’attaque le lendemain ainsi que le petit-déjeuner anglais qui participe à notre bonne forme. Nous avons regretté la qualité que nous avions connu, il y a quelques années, en ce qui concerne la carte de votre restaurant. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais la propreté est à revoir ( mouchoirs usagés sous le canapé et toiletries ouverts ). Les chambres se situant en face du Leonardo hôtel sont bruyantes en raison des livraisons matinales .
