Regarding the spelling of your surname, I can confirm that the correction made by ALL Customer Service did not update in our system from the central reservation. I sincerely apologise for this inconvenience, particularly as you had already contacted us about the matter and had to explain it again upon arrival. I understand how frustrating this must have been, and I am sorry that the issue was not resolved sooner. With regard to your luggage, I would like to clarify that, in accordance with our hotel's service standards, we do not offer a service whereby luggage is delivered directly to guests' rooms. Nevertheless, I appreciate your feedback. I am also sorry to hear about your experience with our breakfast buffet team. Hôtel confortable, avec une chambre spacieuse et calme, les équipements sont top coffre-fort, machine à café, bouilloire, frigo, peignoir et fontaine à eau dans le hall. Ces points sont importants pour récupérer après une longue journée. L'emplacement est proche de la Tamise et de la station de métro London Bridge. Le quartier est agréable. Nous avons eu de bons conseils de la part d'une collaboratrice et avons pu laisser nos bagages le jour du départ. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel nous convient et nous apprécions particulièrement son emplacement, qui est très pratique. Cependant, nous souhaitons signaler quelques points qui ont malheureusement déçu notre expérience. Le samedi 10 octobre, nous avons demandé du lait pour le corps (body lotion). Malgré notre demande, nous ne l’avons toujours pas reçu. Le lendemain, nous avons quitté notre chambre vers 9h30. À ce moment-là, la femme de chambre était justement en train de nettoyer la chambre située juste à côté de la nôtre. Avant de partir, nous avons pris soin d’installer clairement le panneau « Please Make Up Room » sur notre porte afin d’indiquer que notre chambre pouvait être nettoyée. À notre retour vers 21h, nous avons été très surpris et déçus de constater que notre chambre n’avait pas été faite. Nous tenons à préciser que le panneau « Please Make Up Room » est resté clairement affiché toute la journée. Travaillant tous les deux dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie, nous connaissons bien les standards et savons ce qu’il est raisonnable d’attendre en matière de service des chambres et d’attention portée aux clients. Malheureusement, devoir attendre plus d’une journée pour une demande aussi simple, ajouté au fait que notre chambre n’ait pas été faite alors qu’elle était disponible pendant près de douze heures, ne correspond pas au niveau de service que nous attendions de cet établissement. Nous espérons sincèrement que ces remarques seront prises en considération et qu’une amélioration du service pourra être constatée.

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 532. A notre arrivée le lit supplémentaire était ouvert. Nous avons demandé plusieurs fois à la réception de faire fermer le lit, car nous étions 2 personnes, et le lit prenait beaucoup de place. Malgré nos différentes demandes, rien n'a été fait.... Beaucoup d'oubli lors du ménage quotidien (tapis de bain, papier WC)

Situé a proximité de Borough Markert et proche de la station train London Bridge , le personnel est très accueillant et répond a tout problème de suite . Petit déjeuner copieux et varié . La chambre accueillante et une literie confortable , la seule chose qui nous a surpris le lavabo en face du lit , a force on s'y fait . Hôtel que je recommande .

Hôtel très bien situé à 5 stations de métro de saint pancras. A proximité de la tour de Londres, de la tower bridge et la cathédrale Saint Paul. L'eau minérale gratuite est très appréciable.

Hôtel très bien situé car près des "banks" de la Tamise qui nous permettent d'aller à pied partout dans Londres. Personnel très sympa (bar et resto inclus) et petit déjeuner parfait. N'ai pas aimé la chambre cependant, car évier à côté du lit, wc également, aucune intimité.

Hôtel moderne. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. En revanche, la chambre est vraiment très petite pour quatre personnes. Gros point négatif : les toilettes se sont bouchées à deux reprises, avec des débordements à chaque fois, ce qui a été très désagréable.
