2ème séjour toujours aussi bien. Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville. A côté de la station de métro Aldgate East qui permet d’être au centre en 15 min max. 15 min à pied de Tower bridge. Personnel très sympathique, chambre propre avec bouilloire avec thé et café.

11eme séjour dans cet hôtel. Depuis le 2020 tv catastrophique, aucune chaîne autre qu'anglaise, même pas TV5 monde en français,image très fortement perturbée flous, pixelisation disparition... Accueil agréable pour les adhérents Accor et possibilité de déposer ses bagages gratuitement avant d'obtenir la chambre. Chambre très propre et agréable. Personnel sympa et accueillant. Chambre cependant bruillante sur la rue (c'est la première fois que nous étions de ce côté là).

L’hôtel est très proche de la station de métro et de plusieurs lignes. La chambre est correcte. La salle de bains n’est pas top. C’est une cabine intégrée sans aération. Ça ne sent pas bon dans la chambre. Les serviettes n’ont pas séchées et la chambre n’a pas été faite car nous avions mis par erreur le papier sur la porte. Nous avons réclamé des serviettes sèches à l’accueil. Le petit dej est bien mais il y a de quoi se restaurer autour.

Les personnes à l'accueil étaient souriantes et agréables. Par contre, le personnel du petit déjeuner n'était ni poli (ne répondait pas à un bonjour), ni souriant. La personne au bar le dimanche 6/09 n'était pas agréable non plus ! Nous nous sommes assis avant de commander, celui-ci est venu servir une personne assise à côté et n'a pas daigné nous signifier qu'il fallait commander au bar directement. Nous avons attendu 10 min, il nous a bien sûr vu, mais cela en resté là. Lors de notre commande, idem, pas un sourire : clairement, cela ne nous a pas donné envie d'etre amaible non plus ! La moindre des choses dans ce métier est la politesse et le sourire ! Dommage, car le reste de notre séjour a plutôt été sympa !

Très bonne literie, belles et grandes chambres pour Londres, étonnamment au calme malgré la localisation sur un axe principal. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Aux heures de pointe, les ascenseurs peuvent être un peu longs à arriver. Petite supérette à côté, hôtel entouré de plein d'endroits pour manger, à côté du métro et à proximité de towerbridge Si vous venez de Londres st pancras, il y a une petite distance à pied (+/- 50 min/1h), mais pas de souci avec le métro ou les taxis c'est rapide à relier
