Les personnes à l'accueil étaient souriantes et agréables. Par contre, le personnel du petit déjeuner n'était ni poli (ne répondait pas à un bonjour), ni souriant. La personne au bar le dimanche 6/09 n'était pas agréable non plus ! Nous nous sommes assis avant de commander, celui-ci est venu servir une personne assise à côté et n'a pas daigné nous signifier qu'il fallait commander au bar directement. Nous avons attendu 10 min, il nous a bien sûr vu, mais cela en resté là. Lors de notre commande, idem, pas un sourire : clairement, cela ne nous a pas donné envie d'etre amaible non plus ! La moindre des choses dans ce métier est la politesse et le sourire ! Dommage, car le reste de notre séjour a plutôt été sympa !

Très bonne literie, belles et grandes chambres pour Londres, étonnamment au calme malgré la localisation sur un axe principal. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Aux heures de pointe, les ascenseurs peuvent être un peu longs à arriver. Petite supérette à côté, hôtel entouré de plein d'endroits pour manger, à côté du métro et à proximité de towerbridge Si vous venez de Londres st pancras, il y a une petite distance à pied (+/- 50 min/1h), mais pas de souci avec le métro ou les taxis c'est rapide à relier

C'est un hotel bien situé pres du metro, mais la chambre est trop petite pour toi et les sanitaires ne fonctionnement pas bien . D'ou une odeur forte qi nous a fait changer de chambre. Petit dejeuner avec machine à café et pancake ne fonctionnant pas!

J’ai trouvé l’hôtel très bien avec un bon emplacement et un bon service. La chambre était très bien, spacieuse, propre, bien équipée . Il y des petits bémol : la salle de bain, toute plastifié et un peu juste, la qualité de la literie, des oreillers trop durs et le manque d’insonorisation des fenêtres, heureusement que nous étions du côté d’une rue calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel très bien.
