Dear Alain, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. While I’m pleased that you appreciated our convenient location, I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the room, bathroom, unpleasant smell, and the non-functioning equipment at breakfast. Having to change rooms is certainly not the experience we want to offer our guests. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so that we can address these issues and prevent them from happening again.
