The room was dirty. I asked for non smoker room but they gave me a room which was terribly smelling

I generally like Ibis Hotels - they are very compact and everything is convenient. However, during my stay in Adana, the main issue was cleanliness. When daylight came through the window, it was obvious that the glass was extremely dirty. The room was extremely dusty — it honestly felt like it hadn’t been used for a long time. The corners in the bathroom were also very unclean and had turned black over time. Housekeeping did come, but the only thing that was done was changing the dirty bedsheets (that is nice though). I expected at least a quick vacuum of the floor, especially since there were visible hairs on the ground. I can give a max of 5/10 for cleanliness. The air conditioning was extremely noisy — it was impossible to keep it running while sleeping. On the positive side, the night staff and breakfast staff were friendly and did their jobs wonderfully. They truly reflected great Turkish hospitality.
